Erin grew up in West Sonoma County being active outdoors — always riding horses, hiking, and working outside. In high school, she played volleyball and softball. During college, she used fitness as a way to stay busy, aid in mental and emotional well being, and to feel stronger and energized. She still enjoys playing softball in a non-competitive women’s league in Windsor.
Throughout her youth, Erin watched her mom build healthy habits through fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness. Her mom later hired a personal trainer, which is where Erin first became a Personal Trainer in 2017. She enjoys training people in a private gym setting to reduce distractions so clients have a safe, comfortable environment to work out. Super Slow has become her favorite way to incorporate strength training because it’s effective, challenging but safe, and time efficient.
Erin loves spending time with her family and enjoys living in Forestville with her husband and two young boys. She encourages her family to stay active and pursue activities outdoors. They visit the mountains, go hiking, camping, bike riding, and walking in the Sonoma County regional parks.
